Job Summary:

Our Customer Service Specialist is an integral position for driving success in our manufacturing and sales organizations while balancing needs for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.


Primary Responsibilities: 

 

  • Accountability for achieving all customer defined performance metrics and internal financial targets for their product portfolio
  • Identify and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Able to perform a number detailed tasks within an MRP/ERP system
  • Work with cross function teams in the areas of sales, manufacturing, quality and finance
  • Demonstrate a desire to work with the Value Stream Manager to drive business value for their customers and Advanced Input Systems
  • Participate in contract negotiation including End Use documents, Country of Origin items, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Material Liability agreements, pricing agreements, Minimum Order agreements, Quality agreements and general surveys

 

Essential:

  • BS in Business, or related field. 
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and extremely collaborative.
  • Comfortable with fast pace, constant change, and handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel periodically to support customer business reviews.
  • Specific background with:
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Inventory Management
    • Revenue Management
    • MRP/ERP systems
    • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
